Mindful Mondays: Morning and Evening Sessions

Evening: 6:30 PM - 8 PM

Mindful Mondays are Satsang House’s signature weekly gathering! These sessions offer a wonderful way for you to connect with other like-minded people for spiritual discussion led by Spiritual Teacher Maggie Kelly.

Known as “Dharma Talks” in Buddhist circles, Mindful Monday topic discussions range from learning how to awaken from our habitual daily patterns of behavior to building our strength of character as it relates to our relationships with ourselves and others. Maggie will present a new topic each week and give a short Dharma Talk surrounding the topic. This will be followed by group discussion and meditation. Tea and snacks will be served.

This is a donation-based gathering and any amount donated is greatly appreciated as it supports the International Campaign for Tibet.

Dress cozy and feel free to bring a friend! All are welcome! Come as often as you'd like.
