Mindful Mondays: Morning and Evening Sessions

Morning: 9 AM - 10:30 AM
Evening: 6:30 PM - 8 PM

Class Fee: $25 (tea and snacks included)

Join us for a morning or evening gathering to share in the deeper benefits of meditation while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Satsang House. Each session begins with a 20-minute silent mediation followed by discussion. We’ll delve deeper into how meditation can illuminate the habitual stories and patterns of behavior we each have in our lives.

Using ancient traditions and texts as the thought-provoking fodder for our meetings, we’ll engage in enriching discussions to help us take meditation to its deeper level. We’ll pinpoint the stories we tell ourselves and see how we continue to be entangled in the beliefs of these stories. We’ll explore how a dedicated meditation practice is necessary to solidify the changes that come from seeing our stories as stories and being able to carry those realizations off the cushion and into our daily lives - the true benefit of meditation.

Tea and snacks will be served. Dress cozy and feel free to bring a friend! All are welcome! Come as often as you'd like.
