Join us for community meditation. We’ll begin by connecting with one another over tea and snacks. Then settle in for a 20-minute guided mantra-based meditation. Get the weekly support you need to deepen and sustain your practice. Share in the benefits of meditation while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Satsang House.
There will time after the meditation to wander through the gardens and explore the beautiful pathways.
