Processes Explained

The Illumination Process is the core energetic healing process of all shamans or energy healers. 

Every imprint in the Luminous Energy Field (LEF) is linked to a chakra through which it releases its toxic data into the central nervous system. These imprints could be a trauma experienced in childhood or throughout our lives, a loss of a loved one that we have not yet grieved, or any other of many different unresolved issues from our past. The imprint is the source, the energy center or chakra is the pipeline, and the nervous system the distribution network. 

Heavy energies are the remnants of traumas and/or negative life experiences left behind as an imprint on our Luminous Energy Field. These energies are compacted into tight bundles that make them unavailable for use as fuel and life force subsequently draining us of our energy. We cannot clear these dense energies until the Illumination Process unbinds the light within them. 

Imprints in our LEF can only be mobilized and erased through the compromised energy center or chakra. They might contain pain, grief, or shame which you may have carried for a short period of time or many years. 

The Illumination Process transforms the heavy emotions associated with trauma and disease into nourishing life energy. Without healing, these stagnated energies can settle into becoming disease.

This extremely powerful process brings about healing at the source, at the blueprint level of our being. When imprints are healed and erased, we can readily change negative emotions and behaviors. The power of our immune system is then unleashed so the physical healing is accelerated. The Illumination Process brings us back into balance, into what the Inka shamans call ayni, or proper relationship, with all of life, so that Universe again can work on our behalf. 

The Illumination Process achieves healing in three ways:

1. It burns up the sludge and deposits adhering to the walls of an energy center (chakra) which promotes longevity and strengthens your immune response. 
2. It combusts the toxic energy around malignant physical and emotional imprints. This is the fuel that an imprint employs to express itself. 
3. It scours clean the imprints in the Luminous Energy Field. 

To better understand a client’s concerns, Maggie will begin your session by performing an assessment of your energy body to determine which of your chakras is the compromised energy center. (It is possible there could be more than one energy center affected in which case, Maggie will work on the one closest to Mother Earth) This information guides Maggie on how the impacted chakra is informing your emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. 

This process can take anywhere from 60-90 minutes and is completely dependent on what the client is wanting to release as well as the intentions he/she sets. 

After a traumatic or stressful event, or even in our day-to-day, many of us get stuck in the fight, flight and freeze response that kicks in through our amygdala, the ancient and most primitive part of our brains. Unfortunately, the fight-flight-freeze (FFF) system is considered a “feed-forward system” which means that once it is activated, it sends signals of distress to other parts of our body, namely increasing our cortisol and adrenaline levels while at the same time increasing your heart rate and blood pressure. 

In times of stress when our fight, flight, freeze response is locked in the ON position, we become tunnel visioned and begin to make decisions from the survival state. We create dangerous situations for ourselves and others that reinforce the idea that the world is not a safe place. 

While animals will innately reset their fight and flight response, humans are not able to do so naturally. The Inkan shamans of Peru discovered ways to reset the fight and flight response through the Luminous Energy Field (LEF) of the client's energetic field.

In this hands-on session, Maggie will realign your second chakra (survival center) so that it sychronizes with your fourth chakra (heart center). The overactive and stressed F-F-F response which is located and managed in your second chakra, will settle down and return to homeostasis. Instead of your body listening to and being driven by adrenaline, it will align with the heartbeat of Mother Earth. The second chakra will once again listen to the beat of your heart (4th chakra) and create waves between them both. 

Cord cutting allows you to release the energetic bonds you share with someone from your past or your current life. If you find that you have difficulty with money, perhaps there is someone you are financially energetically attached to who you need to release. Or perhaps you find that you continually attract a certain type of relationship into your life over and over again and can’t seem to understand why. This may be a sign that you have a past unresolved hurt or trauma associated with a relationship from your past that you are unknowningly carrying into each new relationship again and again. This is an indication that there is a cord between you and that person, place or thing from your past needs to be severed. 

In this session, we will identify what pattern of behavior, issue or even person you want to release. Then we will energetically identify where in your body this attachment is being stored. Using a very powerful process designed to bring it to the surface energetically, we can literally “cut the cord” that exists between you and it.  Please note: Cord Cutting never severs the love you have with someone, only the toxic energetic bond you may share. For instance, if you and your mother have always had a difficult relationship, Maggie will cut the energetic cord that exists between you but never the love.

Every form of energy has a frequency and a vibration.

Negative energies are initially attracted to us because they have some sort of an affinity with us. We have receptor sites for them in the same way the brain has receptor sites for certain chemicals. We unknowingly draw these energies to us in the same way we attract certain kinds of people to ourselves. 

While the Illumination Process combusts most energies in the LEF, some toxic energies can crystallize, becoming nearly a "material" which is impossible to metabolize through the Illumination Process alone. 

These crystalized energies embed themselves in the physical body, taking on shapes such as arrows, spears, daggers and swords. The shamans of the Amazon believe that crystalized energies are the result of black magic or sorcery but these energies can also be caused by anger, envy or hatred directed at us by another person. Sometimes they can also even be energetic remnants from our past lives or from our ancestors that have been passed on to us in this lifetime. 

Our friends, family and coworkers or the people who are closest to us, have the greatest potential for bringing joy and/or causing pain in our lives. When someone has consistent and direct access to our most private selves, it can make us vulnerable to their betrayal, anger or jealousy. For example, a negative thought from an angry former spouse can penetrate our luminous body very much like a knife would penetrate our physical body.

When these energies first enter us, they travel through the LEF where our system recognizes them as foreign objects and will typically eradicate them in much the same way our body fights off a virus. But when we are under a constant source of negativity, our LEF can become overwhelmed. This negative energy directed toward us can crystallize and embed itself in the physical body over weeks, months or even years. 

These energies do not belong to us.

Because this energy has become nearly material, it has to be extracted manually. 

Using a hands-on process following the Illumination Process, Maggie will scan and assess the state of your Luminous Energy Field, track for and tease out the heavy, toxic and hardened energies and extract these energies. Following the Extraction, Maggie will illuminate the chakra.

It is important to note: Anger can only penetrate our LEF when the vibration of anger lives within us, and hatred can affect us only when self-hatred is present. Any current situation in which negative energy is directed at you - such as a divorce, a disappointment - can create an affinity. This is why it is not enough to extract the crystallized energies affecting you. The affinities also have to be changed - the self-hatred, or anger healed - so that you do not attract the same energy again. This is where spiritual counseling sessions with Maggie subsequent to your Extraction and/or Illumination Process can become invaluable to your transformative path. 

The soul is the best word we have for the essential parts of ourselves which preceded our entry into this world but it also endures beyond our lifetimes. Medicine people refer to this part of us as a seed that can grow and manifest if it is properly cultivated. 

The soul’s journey is one of developing the great promise that each one of us carries within. When a seed is cultivated and tended to, it will grow and flourish. Only the seeds that we nurture will come to fruition.

We all have soul parts of ourselves that have splintered off perhaps due to abandonment, fear, insecurity and childhood trauma. We cannot retrieve our Soul's purpose without first healing the past. We do this by journeying into the Lower World to meet the soul in its own domain. Once we are able to recover those soul parts, dramatic changes can occur in our lives. 

One Soul Retrieval session can accomplish what may take many years to heal in psychotherapy because the language of the soul is very distinct from what we use in therapy or counseling. 

In this powerful session, Maggie will guide you in a beautiful journey to uncover the woundings, the “contract” (promise or agreement) we made with ourselves as a result of those wounds, the soul piece which is the essence of who we came into the world to be, and the gifts and resources that will support you in integrating a new contract for the remainder of your life. You will also be assisted in the retrieval of your power animal who will support your journey. Following your journey together with Maggie, she will work together with you in a process of integration where you will recapitulate, process and digest the information received, burn the old contract which no longer serves you, and rewrite a new one which will take you into your future.
