In this interactive session, you will learn the basics and benefits of meditation and how to incorporate this ancient practice into your daily life. The course also includes a 20-minute guided silent mantra-based meditation + two subsequent Community Meditations at Satsang House to help support your practice. Free Coaching Session  

This session is designed for us to have a chat to discuss where you are now and what you envision for yourself and your life in 2019. I will help you illuminate what roadblocks are standing in your way. Completion of the Blueprint questions before our call or visit will help us get the most use of our time. Your credit card holds your spot but will not be charged unless you fail to show up for our scheduled call or if you cancel within 24 hours of our appointment time.

 

Sangha Saturday 

A sangha is a community of practice where we can support one another on our individual paths of mindfulness and spiritual growth. The idea is that you don't have to do it alone and that the support of a sangha mimics in some ways, a bit of a family over time. We'll begin by meeting on the first Saturday of each month for connection, community, brunch and meditation. We'll expand as the group wants to perhaps going on beach or trail walks, etc. Join us!


Giving Back - Seva Opportunity at Satsang House 

“Seva” is a Sanskrit word meaning “selfless service” or work performed without any thought of reward or repayment. In ancient India, seva was believed to help one's spiritual growth and at the same time contribute to the improvement of a community.


Personalized Mantra Meditation Course - Session 1

This two-part course introduces you to how meditation can help you break free of conditioned patterns of behavior that constrict you, eliminate chronic stress - the underlying cause of illness, insomnia, anxiety, addiction. You will receive your personal mantra calculated from your birth place and date. We'll delve into the seven states of higher consciousness that can be achieved with regular meditation, taught the practice of recapitulation and intention-setting and leave you with a foundation for success

Community Meditation Class 

1 hour 30 minutes @ $15.00, first class free

Join us for a lovely guided mantra-based community meditation. Share in the benefits of meditation while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Satsang House™. Tea and snacks will be served. Dress cozy and bring a friend! All are welcome! $10-$20 donations are welcomed and appreciated. All donations support the International Campaign for Tibet.


Mindful Mondays 

1 hour 30 minutes @ $25.00

Join us for a beautiful gathering to share in the benefits of meditation while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Satsang House™. We'll begin with a 20 minute silent mediation followed by a Dharma Talk and discussion on various topics around self-cultivation. Tea and snacks will be served. Dress cozy and feel free to bring a friend! All are welcome! Come as often as you'd like.
