In this interactive session, you will learn the basics and benefits of meditation and how to incorporate this ancient practice into your daily life. The course also includes a 20-minute guided silent mantra-based meditation + two subsequent Community Meditations at Satsang House to help support your practice. Disconnect and restore.


Community Meditation Class 

1 hour 30 minutes @ $15.00, first class free

Join us for a lovely weekly guided mantra-based community meditation. Share in the benefits of meditation while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Satsang House. Get the weekly support you need to deepen and sustain your practice. Tea and snacks will be served. Dress cozy and bring a friend! All are welcome! $10-$20 donations are welcomed and appreciated. All donations support the International Campaign for Tibet.


Mindful Mondays 

1 hour 30 minutes @ $25.00

Join us for a beautiful gathering to share in the benefits of meditation while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Satsang House™. We'll begin with a 20 minute silent mediation followed by a Dharma Talk and discussion on various topics around self-cultivation. Tea and snacks will be served. Dress cozy and feel free to bring a friend! All are welcome! Come as often as you'd like. In an effort to maintain the peace and tranquility of Satsang House™, cell phones are not permitted on the property!


Free Discovery Session  

Not sure where to start? This session is designed for us to have a chat to discuss where you are now and what you envision for yourself and your life in 2019. We will begin to illuminate the roadblocks and limiting beliefs standing in your way. Completion of the Blueprint questions before our call or visit will help us get the most use of our time.

Introduction to Meditation: Basics and Benefits

Personalized Mantra Meditation Course - Session 1 

2 hours @ $397.00*

This two-part course introduces you to how meditation can help you break free of conditioned patterns of behavior that constrict you, eliminate chronic stress - the underlying cause of illness, insomnia, anxiety, addiction. You will receive your personal mantra calculated from your birth place, time and date and instructed how to use it. This session will include a 30-minute guided meditation using your new personalized mantra.

Personalized Mantra Meditation Session 2 

3 hours

This is the second part of the Satsang House signature course. After a few days, we’ll reconnect to discuss the tips, tools and tricks on incorporating this ancient practice in to your daily life. We'll delve into the seven states of higher consciousness that can be achieved with regular meditation. You will be instructed in the practice of recapitulation and intention-setting and leave you with a foundation for a successful meditation practice. This session also includes a 30-minute guided meditation using your new personalized mantra.

With the completion of this two-part course, you will be well on your way to establishing a lifelong meditation practice! Consider joining us weekly for Community Meditation for support with your practice.
